Reporting a Lost Package
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. Customers must report a lost package within 15 days of the expected delivery date to Plus x She. To initiate a lost package claim, please contact our customer support team at support@plusxshe.com.
Required Information
To process your claim, we will need the following information:
- The report claim number you received from the shipping carrier regarding the lost package
- Order number
- Shipping address
- Tracking number
- A brief description of the package contents
Investigation and Resolution
Upon receiving your claim, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. The carrier will typically require 30 business days to complete their investigation.
If the package is confirmed as lost, we will issue you a refund credit. Please note ALL refunds are refunded via store credit.
Proof of Delivery
Customers may be required to provide proof of delivery attempts, such as signed delivery confirmations or neighbor signatures, if available.
Carrier Liability
Our liability for lost packages is limited to the purchase price of the items and does not include any consequential damages.
