Intellectual Property Ownership:
All products sold on Plus X She are assumed to be owned by the respective sellers. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their products do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Reporting Infringement
Information required:
- Include your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Clearly state if you are the owner, copyright holder, or authorized representative.
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive that is allegedly infringed.
- Provide a detailed description of the product you believe infringes your intellectual property.
- Include clear images of the infringing product.

Investigation and Removal: Upon receipt of a notification, we will investigate the claim. If we determine that there is a clear infringement, we will remove the infringing product from our website.
Counter-Notification: If you believe that a product has been wrongfully removed from our website, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include certain information, including your identity, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the product was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located.
