We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, please follow our return policy. Please note returns and refunds are refunded via store credit ONLY and store credit is ONLY applicable to the purchase price of items and does not cover shipping fee.
How Long Do I Have to Make a Return?
You have a maximum of 15 days from the date you received your item to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 15 days after the date received. Returns postmarked after 15 days from the date received will not be accepted.
Do I Have to Pay for Shipping When I Return Something?
Yes, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team: Initiate your return by sending an email to support@plusxshe.com. Our customer support team will provide you with specific return instructions, including the address where you should send the package.
- Pack it securely: Place the item back in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
- Avoid sending return to sender’s address: Do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return center’s address and will affect the processing of your return.

REFUND PROCESS
In the event you place an order with Plus x She and your item does not work for you, you can return your order for store credit ONLY. We DO NOT offer refunds. Store credit can be applied towards future orders and will expire 365 days from return receipt.
You may return merchandise within 15 days of your order delivery date.
We DO NOT provide return shipping labels.
Upon the return of your item(s), we will inspect your item for signs of wear or possible defects. Once we verify it is in good condition, you will be emailed a coupon for store credit. Please allow 14-21 business days for all returns to be processed.
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least twenty-one (21) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Plus x She reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”; An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, Plus x She reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. Non-Plus x She items sent to our Returns Center will be discarded upon receipt. Items not arriving on time unfortunately, we are not responsible for items not arriving on time, however, we are glad to accept a qualifying return.
What items are returnable?
Within (15) days from the date the order was delivered
The garment must be returned in original condition, with no perfume or smells (cigarettes, smoke, exc.)
Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered. Any sign of makeup on the garment will be considered as worn.

Jewelry
Gift cards
In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the return item will be considered as inconsistent with our returns policy, and it will not be reimbursed.
Please contact us to arrange for a store credit ONLY refund or to exchange defective or damaged products otherwise ineligible for return.
Please note a 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. All sales are final on discounted items, and they cannot be returned.
Defective/Damaged Items
First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 15 days of delivery.
Second: Please take a picture of the item that is defective, and then send the picture to us by email for review. If defect is found, you will be given a store credit or exchange of goods.
Third: If we cannot identify the item defect. All items must be returned in its original condition, to qualify for a store credit or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
Gifts
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, gift giver will receive the store credit if return is accepted.
