SHIPPING POLICY

When will I receive my item? Delivery time = Processing time + Transit time. Once your order is confirmed your items will be prepared for shipping. Order processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. Products can take up to 15 business days for processing. Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Note, you will generally not receive a tracking number during the order processing period. Do not panic. You will receive your tracking number later when it is shipped to you.

Plus x She is a distributor. Standard shipping cost for item orders is calculated 15-31 Business Days. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. At this time EXPRESS, RUSH, OR OVERNIGHT shipping is NOT available. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Plus x She is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.

Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping:

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Plus x She reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. Additionally, Plus x She reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;” An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, Plus x She reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. Non-Plus x She items sent to our Returns Center will be discarded upon receipt. Items not arriving on time, unfortunately, we are not responsible for items not arriving on time, however, we are glad to accept a qualifying return.

Shipping Restrictions

We may not ship to certain countries or regions due to customs restrictions or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or other unforeseen circumstances.  

Lost Packages

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. You may also contact our customer support team within 15 days of the expected delivery date for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
